Se trata de un ensayo elaborado originalmente para la catedra de Bioética del Posgrado en Biología Molecular y Genética de la Universidad del Istmo (UNIS) Guatemala, donde plantea intentar responder si los logros adquiridos y por adquirir como sociedad cada vez más tecnológica y que busca obtener un alto nivel de bienestar, debe pasar el atropello de valores éticos a otras especies, sin importar los daños colaterales.
