About the journal
Panorama UNAB is a scientific journal promoted by the National Direction of Research and Social Projection (DNIPS) of the Universidad Doctor Andrés Bello (UNAB).
Panorama UNAB as a university journal adds to the general institutional objective, which establishes to encourage, promote, evaluate, disseminate and publish research activity, and scientific production from the areas of Economics, Administration and Commerce; Health, Law, Humanities, Technology, Education and Social Sciences, and in tune with the guidelines of social responsibility of higher education institutions; all this to put it at the service of the academic community and society.

About the editorial line
Panorama UNAB is an open access journal, it is not linked to any government agency, nor to any business institution external to the journal itself; likewise, it does not intend to establish a particular interest on a certain topic. It does not have any political, religious, partisan or economic affiliation.
The journal seeks to contribute with the exposure of its articles to the analysis of the different realities of the country, all from the eight areas that our institutional research policy establishes: encourage, promote, evaluate, disseminate and publish from the systemic and sequential approach from the institutional lines and projects without forgetting the integration of research with teaching and social projection, seeking the strengthening of human resources for research. Likewise, research funding is taken into account, as well as the diversification of sources of funding for research and finally, as any institutional body, it is sought that dissemination and diffusion contribute to form integral professionals who possess quality information with a vision of the future.

Objective of the journal
To disseminate the institutional research work of the National Direction of Research and Social Projection (DNIPS) but also to be a space for the dissemination of works of external researchers, undergraduate and graduate students, as well as teachers.

Periodicity of the journal
Panorama UNAB is published in two annual editions, the first issue from January to June, and the second from July to December. It began with this modality in 2021. Since it is a journal of continuity, contributions may be received throughout the year, but there are call processes where the opening and closing dates of reception are determined.

Target audience
Panorama UNAB is directed initially to our academic population without excluding anyone who is interested in learning and expanding their knowledge in scientific, technical and professional topics related to our Salvadoran territory.
