Panorama UNAB is governed by the international standards published by COPE https://publicationethics.org/core-practices because its practices are attached to ethics in the field of academic publications.

The editorial team of Panorama UNAB certifies that authors, peer reviewers and editors comply ethically with the editorial process.

All contributions must be based on real and reliable research and sources. They should not come from the construction of Generative Artificial Intelligences, nor should they come from the malicious manipulation of third party data without reflecting their uses, nor from existing contributions using various forms of textual falsification. Authors' contributions must guarantee that they are original and that no copying, invention, distortion or manipulation has been resorted to.

Legal Principle

The Intellectual Property Law protects the author (Article 6) from textual similarity or proven plagiarism in any of its forms, as they are considered serious offenses, which are penalized in the Penal Code Law in Chapter VII Of Crimes related to Intellectual Property (Art. 226-227)
